Rescheduled from February when it was snowed out. A discussion of how to improve your heart health. There will be a PowerPoint lecture “Pump up your Heart Health - Live Stronger Longer." As we age it is natural for your blood pressure and cholesterol to rise. Hear some tips on how to reverse or improve this. The lecture will include a comprehensive guide on eating a heart healthy diet, as well as, making some simple lifestyle changes to help you live longer and stronger. Join Ginny and Claire for health topic presentation every 4^th Wednesday of the month.
