ART FOR YOUR MIND “J. M. W. TURNER, THE PRIDE OF GREAT BRITAIN”

Enjoy this educational, art observation experience designed to broaden the minds of its participants. Presentations are for people of all backgrounds, artists and non-artists alike. The featured topic is one of Great Britain’s most controversial and beloved 19th Century painters. Explore his light-infused images with bright colors and unusual brushwork which were a mystery to many of those around him, and a powerful inspiration to those who followed. WATERCOLOR CLASS

Classes are with Jeanne Brouillette on weeks 1 & 3, Gayle Loik on week 2 and Betty Rogers on week 4. This class is for the more experienced watercolor artist with more emphasis on composition. Some Still Life may be set up and many tips and tricks to enhance your painting experience.  Cost: $15 per class.
